Job Description

  • Support demand planning and S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment across business units.
  • Consolidate and analyse sales, market, and inventory data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, supply chain, and distributors to coordinate business activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as sales trends, inventory levels, and supply risks.
  • Support commercial operations including reporting, pricing coordination, order tracking, and account support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Operation Executive should have:

  • A Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, S&OP, or commercial or sales operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Power BI, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a structured and organised manner.
