Job Description

  • Develop and manage rolling demand forecasts across SKUs, channels, and customers
  • Lead and support monthly S&OP / IBP cycles, including demand reviews and alignment sessions
  • Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams into a unified demand plan
  • Analyse historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy
  • Monitor forecast performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Operations teams
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand planning
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for management discussions
  • Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and data quality
  • Contribute to the transition towards a more structured IBP system environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planning Assistant Manager should have:

  • More than 3 years' experience in demand planning or forecasting (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong ownership of demand planning processes
  • Experience supporting or leading S&OP / IBP discussions
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders including Sales leadership
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel capabilities
  • Able to work independently and step up when required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
