Job Description

  • Drive new business development through dealer, distributor, stockist, retail, and OEM channels.
  • Identify and appoint new dealers, hardware outlets, carpenters, and contractor networks.
  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives across West Malaysia.
  • Develop and execute channel sales and market expansion strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
  • Lead customer retention and account growth initiatives to maximise profitability.
  • Manage demand forecasting and collaborate with operations to ensure stock availability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while providing regular business performance reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' sales management experience within building materials or related industries.
  • Proven success managing dealer, distributor, and channel sales networks.
  • Strong network among dealers, retailers, hardware stores, contractors, and carpenters.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
