Job Description

  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
  • Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions.
  • Build and optimise machine learning models for predictive analytics.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning, statistical, and predictive models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive analytics to measure business impact.
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that effectively communicate insights and model outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data quality, model performance, and scalability while staying current with emerging technologies, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Scientist should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and data engineering practices is a plus.
