Job Description

  • Implement and operationalize data governance policies, including hands‑on configuration using Microsoft Purview
  • Oversee data integration, cleansing, and quality management to ensure reliable and usable data
  • Manage the operational performance of M365 services, ensuring stability and efficiency
  • Lead the implementation and integration of M365 Copilot and Generative AI tools into collaboration workflows
  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide technical guidance to data analysis and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional service areas to align data initiatives
  • Create and maintain Service Desk Knowledge Documents (KDs)
  • Actively participate in hands‑on GenAI implementation activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in computer science, data analytics, or a related field
  • Over 6 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles, ideally within communications or collaboration environments
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Purview and data governance implementation
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, and reporting practices
  • Exposure to M365 Copilot and Generative AI tools, with a willingness to be hands‑on
  • Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working across teams and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, delivery‑focused mindset
