coordinators.Allocate resources, monitor progress, provide technical guidance, and support professional development.Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate continuous skills enhancement within the team.Engineering Delivery & Project OversightManage design reviews, value engineering initiatives, construction coordination, and change management activities for data center MEP systems.Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, operational requirements, and industry standards.Review and guide the preparation ofMEP technical documentation, including:Equipment layoutsCoordination drawingsSchematicsAs-built drawingsCritical Infrastructure Technical GovernanceProvide technical leadership and fault analysis for mission-critical systems, including:Power SystemsModular UPS systemsBattery management systemsRedundancy architecturesStatic and dynamic bypass systemsMaintenance and reliability strategiesCooling SystemsIn-Row CoolingWind Wall ComplianceSupport commissioning activities from Level 1-5, integrated systems testing, validation, and final project handover.Ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices, including:Uptime Institute Tier III/IVASHRAE TC9.9BCx commissioning standardsLocal regulatory requirementsDocumentation & Continuous ImprovementPrepare technical reports, risk assessments, change requests, and lessons learned documentation.Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.Drive energy efficiency improvements and reliability enhancement initiatives.The Successful ApplicantQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional Engineer (P.Eng/BEM) certification or equivalent is advantageous.ExperienceMinimum 8-12 years of MEP engineering experience within mission-critical environments.At least 2 years of experience leading engineering or technical teams in data center projects.Proven involvement across the full lifecycle of data center developments, including new builds, expansions, or retrofit projects.Experience with Tier III or higher data center facilities is highly desirable.Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of UPS systems, battery technologies, redundancy schemes, and fault diagnosis.Extensive understanding of precision cooling technologies, including In-Row and Wind Wall cooling solutions.Experience with electrical power distribution systems and critical facility infrastructure.Ability to review and guide MEP design documentation and engineering drawings.Familiarity with data center commissioning methodologies and operational readiness processes.Knowledge of energy efficiency optimization and root cause analysis techniques.Software SkillsProficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or other BIM platforms is preferred.Leadership & CommunicationDemonstrated experience managing teams of five or more technical professionals.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.Capable of leading technical discussions and preparing professional engineering documentation.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced,
