Job Description

  • Lead and manage technical teams across multi-country data center projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Review solution architecture designs to ensure alignment with project objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Present technical solutions to clients and support project discussions through strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct client requirement analysis and develop tailored data center facility solutions.
  • Define key delivery activities, customize execution strategies, and maintain structured project control.
  • Manage technical risks and perform cost analysis related to construction and manpower planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as TIA942, BICSI, IEC61439, IEEE493, and BS 7671.
  • Oversee full data center facility design including electrical, MVAC, ELV systems, fire protection, and civil works.
  • Evaluate and select key infrastructure equipment including generators, transformers, UPS systems, PDUs, and cabling solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center integration or turnkey projects.
  • Proven exposure to large-scale data centers (≥1MW), preferably in consulting, design, or project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
  • Relevant certifications such as ATD (Uptime Institute) or CDCP (EXIN EPI) are advantageous.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
