Job Description

  • Provide first and second-level support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting, system analysis, and issue resolution to ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Assist in user training and documentation for D365 F&O modules.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and technical support.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the D365 F&O environment.
  • Support the deployment of new functionalities and enhancements in alignment with business needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful D365 F&O Application Support Specialist should have:

  • 2+ Years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to support users and stakeholders effectively
