Job Description

* Conduct penetration testing, red/purple teaming & adversary simulations

* Build & optimise detections in SIEM / Defender XDR

* Perform threat hunting, log analysis & alert tuning

* Automate response workflows (SOAR / scripting)

* Improve incident response & cyber resilience playbooks

* Apply AI/ML approaches for detection & threat analysis

* Collaborate with SOC, MSSP & global security teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cybersecurity Specialist should have:

* Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and automation frameworks (Must have)

* Hands‑on experience in offensive security (pentest, red/purple team)

* Strong experience with SIEM/XDR (Microsoft Sentinel preferred)

* Experience in detection engineering & threat hunting

* Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, KQL)

* Strong understanding of SOC operations & incident response

* Knowledge of attacker techniques (MITRE ATT&CK)
