Job Description

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage order processing and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required by the department.
  • Experience in SAP and to process order for customers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service - Mandarin should have:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for customer service and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
