Job Description

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information in English.
  • Handle order processing and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • SAP Knowledge will be compulsory
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to management on customer service activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in improving customer service processes.
  • Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status and other relevant updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and customer databases.
  • A positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
