About Our Client



An established and fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Program Management Specialist to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful program execution and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage customer accounts, demand planning, order management, and program activities to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. You will coordinate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to support production readiness, engineering changes, new product builds, and overall program delivery.

You will be responsible for monitoring customer forecasts, managing order changes, tracking program performance, and resolving issues that may impact delivery, inventory, or customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting pricing activities, contract management, and business reviews while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Description

  • Manage customer accounts, forecasts, demand planning, and order management to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively.
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO), new product introductions, production readiness activities, and program implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead regular program review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and performance.
  • Prepare performance reports, support pricing and contract discussions, and collaborate with Finance, Cost Engineering, and Supply Chain teams on business analysis and improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Customer Program Management, Account Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of order management, demand planning, supply chain processes, manufacturing operations, and customer program management.
  • Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and data analysis, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
