Job Description

  • Lead overall market strategy and growth in Malaysia, expanding presence across key sectors and representing the organisation with major external stakeholders.
  • Own full P&L, drive revenue growth, lead government/enterprise tender activities, build strong pipelines, and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of projects, manage risks, maintain senior client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, drive talent development, and cultivate a strong, collaborative, accountable culture.
  • Oversee all country operations, ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Director should have:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, HR tech, SaaS, IT consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience leading a country or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong track record in securing and delivering large-scale tenders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth or scaling business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
