Job Description

  • Lead and support funding, refinancing, and capital management activities.
  • Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment assessments for strategic projects.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and corporate exercises.
  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key external stakeholders.
  • Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and risk management initiatives.
  • Prepare management papers, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance (either inhouse and/or investment banking setting)
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience dealing with banks, debt financing, and capital markets activities is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
