Job Description

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of contract management processes, policies, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to contract management standards, procedures, and organisational guidelines.
  • Monitor contract lifecycle activities, including contract renewals, expiries, amendments, and close-out activities.
  • Support contract assurance reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
  • Identify process risks and recommend mitigation strategies to strengthen operational controls.
  • Drive the standardisation and harmonisation of contract management processes across business units.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices to improve process consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification and operational improvements.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, operating procedures, templates, and knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in process improvement, digitalisation, and transformation initiatives related to contract management and procurement operations.
  • Gather business requirements and support the design of future-state processes.
  • Analyse operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, control, and user experience.
  • Support change management, testing, user adoption, and implementation activities for new processes and tools.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business functions to support contract-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure consistent application of contract management standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal users regarding contract management processes and requirements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Procurement, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or Project Management would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement operations, process improvement, governance, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management and operational governance activities.
  • Exposure to process transformation, digitalisation, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working within multinational or shared services environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
