Job Description

  • Lead SAP SCM functional ownership across Planning-to-Delivery processes
  • Drive solution design across SAP modules including MM, PP, APO/IBP (where applicable), and WM/EWM (if in scope)
  • Review and challenge external vendor designs to ensure alignment with manufacturing and logistics realities
  • Lead integration testing across SD, FICO, and manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing stakeholders
  • Ensure robust end-to-end testing and business readiness for system go-live
  • Build and anchor internal SAP knowledge to support future enhancements and regional expansion



The Successful Applicant

  • Deep expertise in SAP SCM modules, including MM, PP, Inventory Management, and Production Planning
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and FMCG supply chain processes
  • Proven manager-level experience delivering full SAP implementation lifecycles
  • Strong operational mindset with attention to process detail
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in challenging assumptions
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies
