Job Description

  • Lead SAP FICO functional ownership across General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Controlling
  • Partner with Finance leadership to translate accounting requirements into SAP system design
  • Review and challenge external vendor configurations and financial assumptions
  • Ensure accurate integration between FICO and SD and SCM processes
  • Lead financial testing cycles, including UAT and cutover readiness
  • Retain and build internal knowledge to support future enhancements and audit requirements



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong SAP FICO expertise with hands-on implementation experience
  • Solid background in accounting and controlling
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
  • Manager-level seniority with confidence in stakeholder engagement
  • Detail-oriented with a strong governance mindset
  • Proactive and confident in challenging decisions and assumptions
  • Ability to effectively bridge Finance and IT teams
