Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of messages.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to plan and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze communication campaigns to measure their effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Support crisis communication efforts when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Communication Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in crafting and executing communication strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including social media management.
  • Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
