Job Description

  • Ensure standardized S&OP processes across all businesses and distributors.
  • Partner with regional planning teams to establish accurate demand forecasts using distributor in‑market sales and inventory data.
  • Facilitate pre‑consensus meetings with high‑quality outputs and follow‑through.
  • Help achieve distributor sales targets and maintain healthy channel inventory.
  • Analyze monthly performance including in‑market sales, trade sales, and Future Days' Sales (FDS).
  • Monitor and escalate inventory risks for timely corrective action.
  • Drive distributor KPIs and act as the primary liaison for performance alignment.
  • Support implementation of corporate‑level commercial strategies and process improvements.
  • Streamline and optimize sales and operational workflows with distributors.
  • Oversee distributor claims/charges approvals in alignment with contractual terms (e.g., urgent deliveries, excess pallet fees, samples).
  • Serve as process owner of in‑market sales tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and system maintenance.
  • Lead the production of sales performance reports, incentive calculations, and approval routing.
  • Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and launch readiness with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze business trends and operational processes, providing insights to the Country General Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional tasks as required in support of business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret complex commercial data.
  • Well‑versed in S&OP processes, forecasting, and sales operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities across commercial, distributor, and supply chain teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing market environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM/sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Excel/reporting skills.
  • Experience in commercial operations, supply chain operations, or sales operations ideally within medical devices, life sciences, or related regulated industries.
  • Hands‑on exposure to distributor management and demand forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with S&OP cycles, KPI governance, and inventory risk management.
