Job Description

  • Manage day‑to‑day supplier communications, proactively tracking actions, responses, and outstanding items.
  • Support the review and administration of commercial and digital contracts, ensuring a clear understanding of key terms, obligations, and commercial conditions.
  • Assist sourcing and negotiation activities by providing structured operational and coordination support.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing and contract data across designated systems and platforms (e.g. sourcing and contract management tools).
  • Ensure end‑to‑end process tracking, documentation accuracy, and compliance with internal contracting and sourcing procedures.
  • Manage multiple sourcing and contract activities in parallel while meeting tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Identify risks, delays, or execution issues and escalate appropriately to relevant stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Good understanding of commercial contracts and contractual terms, preferably in a digital or technology‑enabled sourcing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting sourcing, contracting, or negotiation activities.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and contract management systems (training can be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured, process‑driven approach.
  • Comfortable working under time pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in supplier‑facing interactions.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver with minimal supervision.
