Job Description

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business planning.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other C-Suite members to drive organizational growth and success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
