Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, aligned to the requirements of a Bursa listed company
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize capital structure.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational needs.
  • Present financial results and insights to key stakeholders, including the board of directors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A strong track record in Finance leadership roles within a publicly listed environment.
  • Preference for a professional accounting qualification.
