The CDD Analyst II is responsible for supporting customer due diligence (CDD) and data quality initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of counterparty information across systems. The role also supports data remediation, compliance and assurance activities, audit action closure, and continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen CDD controls and support business growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Support the counterparty database review project for data cleanliness
  • Support the data cleansing activities for bp transformation program including data validation and accuracy of data matching activities.
  • Support the remediation project for gaps identified
  • Ensure counterparty data integrity in the systems is preserved and enhanced in line with CDD policy and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency agenda to CDD processes across the centres.
  • Support controls activities for CDD tools & Procedure.
  • Support closure of audit actions (both internal and business audit action)
  • Support business growth agenda and strategic initiatives in line with CDD risk management requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of working experience in CDD, AML, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or professional certification such as ACAMS or ICA.
  • Proactive and dynamic approach
  • Possess Analytical skills
  • Skills in Macro & Excels are an advantage
