Job Description

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Monitor and manage KPI performance and governance
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and compliance frameworks
  • Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights
  • Drive automation and digitalisation initiatives
  • Lead regional projects and stakeholder engagement
  • Support customer reviews and operational excellence programmes



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in logistics/4PL with experience in operational or business excellence roles
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in continuous improvement, process optimisation, or transformation initiatives
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, IT, and management teams
  • Skilled in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and project management methodologies
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and SOP development
