Job Description

  • Develop, manage, and expand a strong network of channel partners to improve market coverage and sales performance.
  • Execute channel strategies, including business reviews, promotions, and joint initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
  • Promote product offerings by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring effective execution of campaigns, launches, and cross-selling activities.
  • Lead sales efforts for electrical products and solutions, identifying customer needs, proposing suitable technical-commercial solutions, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, panel builders, and end users.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and untapped market segments to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the electrical or related industry.
  • Proven track record in channel sales, account management, and driving new business growth.
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of the electrical market, including products, competitors, and sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Northern region.
