With operations across multiple regions, they work closely with leading humanitarian and social impact organisations to provide data‑led strategy, secure payment infrastructure, and personalised donor engagement that support sustainable, long‑term funding growth.

Job Description

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities across multiple international markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, partnerships, referrals, and industry events.
  • Lead the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification and proposal development through to contract negotiation and long‑term partnership agreements.
  • Represent the organisation with professionalism and credibility at external meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and market insights to support commercial and strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on growth strategy and market entry.
  • Contribute market intelligence to refine go‑to‑market approaches and support expansion into new geographies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or client acquisition within marketing, services, or high‑growth environments across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Results‑driven, commercially astute, and comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced, international setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities across diverse teams and clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent in English; additional language capabilities (e.g. Mandarin or Cantonese) are highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with non‑profit, NGO, or purpose‑led organisations is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
