Job Description

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly sales reports across multiple countries.
  • Analyze key metrics, highlight forecast variances, and track price changes.
  • Lead regional sales budget planning and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain and harmonize sales data in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage sales pipeline with regional directors and monitor top sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and report on regional market trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a multinational or manufacturing/distribution environment; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered.
  • Experience working across multiple Asia Pacific countries.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
