  • Lead and manage boutique team
  • Drive sales and conversion KPIs
  • Build and activate client relationships
  • Ensure strong commercial performance
  • Oversee daily boutique operations
  • Maintain CRM usage and system discipline
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Inspire team performance and engagement



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong commercial and sales-driven mindset
  • Existing luxury client network
  • Retail leadership experience (BM or strong ABM)
  • Background in luxury retail (watches/fashion preferred)
  • Familiar with CRM and operational systems
