Job Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned regions
  • Identify and grow opportunities across priority sectors (e.g., infrastructure, industrial, utilities, buildings)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline through customer engagement, events, and partnerships
  • Influence project specifications and position solutions early in the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape opportunities and deliver integrated solutions
  • Strengthen and manage partner ecosystems to support business growth
  • Track pipeline progress and ensure compliance with sales processes and reporting standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in engineering or a related technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, mechatronics)
  • Minimum ~5 years of experience in business development or sales within industrial, building, or energy-related sectors
  • Strong network and market knowledge within the assigned region is advantageous
  • Technical understanding of relevant systems (e.g., power, automation, or sustainability solutions) preferred
  • Proven ability to develop new markets and win new accounts
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
