Job Description

As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and enhancing strategic applications that support global regulatory requirements across global finance markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing microservices using Python for scalability and reliability
  • Working with Oracle and MongoDB to build robust, high-performance backend services
  • Deploying solutions through Cloud and Kubernetes environments
  • Conducting code reviews, performance testing, and best-practice engineering
  • Contributing to Agile scrum deliveries, documentation, and knowledge-sharing
  • Providing Level 3 support to ensure platform stability
  • This role offers technical depth, real-world impact, and continuous learning through exposure to multi-region projects.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Backend Developer (Python) should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of database systems and query optimization.
