Job Description

  • Build, test, and deploy scalable applications that support day‑to‑day business operations
  • Work closely with other developers to write clean, quality code that aligns with project requirements
  • Participate in technical design discussions, providing input and helping shape solution direction
  • Perform unit and integration testing, using automation where possible, and help improve system performance
  • Estimate development tasks and contribute to Agile project delivery
  • Recommend improvements to internal processes and support requirements prioritization

The Successful Applicant

A successful Backend Developer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience developing or supporting enterprise applications, with exposure to full‑stack or backend development
  • Proficiency in programming technologies such C#, .NET, or Python/Django, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot and microservices
  • Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and working with large relational systems
  • Comfort with modern development practices, including Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and ServiceNow
