Job Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual life insurance pricing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the preparation of pricing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with company goals.
  • Provide insights on pricing performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Conduct and document UAT for product and system value verification.
  • Maintain and update pricing models to reflect accurate and current data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in pricing processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing methodologies and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager, Pricing should have:

  • A degree in finance, actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and pricing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with UAT and system support is an advantage.
