Job Description

  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with clients in Tagalog to address payment-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Specialist/Senior Specialist (Tagalog speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong background in accounting or finance-related functions.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
