Job Description

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Communicate with German-speaking clients regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries.
  • Prepare monthly AR reports and assist in financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR (German Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. 2 and above is preferrable.
  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or similar financial processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
