This role is responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting. The position ensures compliance with financial and tax requirements while supporting operational efficiency and accuracy.

About Our Client

Our client is a multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and established finance operations in the region.

Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of sales transactions and cash applications.
  • Handle invoicing processes, including tax-related documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Perform reconciliations of AR accounts and support monthly closing activities.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain regular AR reports and support audit requirements (e.g., PBC schedules).
  • Process and verify relevant tax documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Support ongoing finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (Accounting & finance preffered)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 2-3 years of experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Japanese (min JLPT N2), & Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Experience in SAP or other related system is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
