Job Description

  • Lead group financial reporting and consolidation across APAC entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS/local GAAP, and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and review management and statutory reports, delivering financial statements and performance insights for executive leadership and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a robust internal control and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to legal, tax, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits, acting as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic planning, providing financial analysis, modeling, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Support business growth and transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, financial planning alignment, and reporting standardization across entities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration, high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Optimize finance systems, processes, and data governance, driving automation, ERP enhancements, process efficiencies, data integrity, and privacy compliance.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A professional qualification equivalent to a CA / CPA / ACCA
  • A track record in Regional Controllership positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with global stakeholders
