Job Description

  • Develop and implement training programmes tailored for the APAC region.
  • Assess training needs and create strategies to address skill gaps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align training with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for specialised training requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Commercial Excellence Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programmes in the life science industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales & marketing functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple training projects.
  • Proficiency in analysing training needs and outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset for working across teams and regions.
