Job Description

  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections from customers.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare and review financial reports related to AP and AR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP AR Specialist should have:

  • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
