  • Monitor AI platforms and controls to identify risks and ensure strong oversight.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to align AI practices with governance policies.
  • Provide guidance on AI-related policies and best practices to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of AI systems to assess compliance and performance.
  • Analyse and address potential biases in AI models and algorithms.
  • Prepare reports on AI governance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments related to AI governance in financial services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Governance Specialist - Platform & Controls should have:

  • Expertise in AI governance, analytics, or related fields.
