Job Description

  • Analyze and optimize existing technology processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and document workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Identify areas for process automation and work with technical teams to implement solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the design and deployment of new technology initiatives within the insurance sector.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Agentic Process Engineer should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
  • Strong hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimisation.
  • Exposure to automation tools, workflow solutions, low-code platforms, or AI-enabled operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience within insurance or financial services operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
