Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and invoicing discrepancies effectively.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts payable accounts and manage month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports related to accounts payable to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounts payable operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts payable team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • 12 years of experience in accounts payable processes and financial regulations within Shared Services.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
