Job Description

  • Support daily Accounts Payable activities and invoice processing
  • Work with stakeholders across regions to resolve payment or process issues
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
  • Prepare basic reports and support data tracking activities
  • Contribute to system and workflow enhancements
  • Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Degree or diploma in related field
  • Japanese (min JLPT N2) is mandatory (due to business communication needs)
  • Basic understanding or interest in Accounts Payable / Finance operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Excel or ERP systems is an added advantage
