As the HRBP, you will develop and deliver the regional People & Organization strategy,the role leads HR for a global IT & Data transformation project and serves as the primary HR contact for IT & Data employees in Malaysia and APAC, managing all employee matters from hire to retire, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, onboarding, and engagement programs.

It partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to design change roadmaps, craft impactful communications, and ensure employees successfully transition through complex service delivery and process changes.

The role oversees and manages end-to-end payroll for temporary and contract workers, ensuring accurate and timely payment in compliance with labour laws, tax requirements, and company policies. It works closely with HR, finance, and operations to handle timesheets, allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, and payroll queries, while maintaining payroll records and managing audits and reporting
