This Shared Services position in the Human Resources department focuses on supporting operational processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Based in Shanghai, the role requires expertise in managing HR-related activities in a shared services environment.

This HR Executive role will work closely with the HR Specialist and provide day-to-day support on HR administration, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement activities, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes while supporting ongoing initiatives, including payroll migration and employee lifecycle administration.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, the Country HR Manager will shape and execute the people strategy across Asia Pacific, supporting ambitious growth and acquisition plans. Partnering with senior stakeholders, the role will oversee all HR functions across multiple markets, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.

This role supports payroll and HR services operations, ensuring accurate employee data management and compliance with internal processes. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services and maintain system accuracy.

Operations and hands on work

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC, you will be responsible for leading regional talent acquisition operations across multiple countries and entities within Asia Pacific. The role ensures high‑quality recruitment delivery, strengthens employer branding across the region, and drives continuous improvement within TA processes and systems.

This role will support end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and efficient recruitment processes across the organisation. This role also manages scheduling, candidate pipeline tracking, reporting, and stakeholder support to help drive an effective and structured talent acquisition function.
