This individual will drive culture transformation by embedding HR practices that directly support business priorities and growth.

The Payroll & Local Delivery Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll and local HR administration for Malaysia, ensuring full compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in managing payroll accuracy, handling employee lifecycle administration, and ensuring seamless coordination between HR, Finance and external authorities mainly for the Malaysia region.
This role will be a foundational hire in a newly established Shared Services setup, responsible for centralising payroll and HR operations while reducing manual processes. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to build a scalable, well‑governed payroll and data environment that supports future APAC growth.
The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving talent management, organizational design, and HR initiatives while overseeing compensation, benefits, and compliance. This role requires strong HRBP experience, leadership capability, and exposure to shared services environments.
