The Senior HR Manager will lead the culture transformation, supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness. Role oversees a HR team of 5hc & having regional exposure across SEA. This individual will drive culture transformation by embedding HR practices that directly support business priorities and growth.
Lead a regional HR shared services function across APAC, driving operational excellence, team performance, and employee experience across the full lifecycle. This role plays a key part in shaping service delivery standards while partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services to employees, supporting HR systems and programs, and driving process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery and an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you will support Business-As-Usual HR operations and time to time projects aimed at continuously improving HR services within the SSC, with a strong focus on implementing lean and scalable processes.
This Senior HR Operations role is based in Malaysia, supporting a rapidly growing organization with approximately 200 hc across APAC. This role will play a critical part in integrating operations across key markets Australia, Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Singapore (regional hub), while driving HR standardisation and system improvements across the region.
This role will be a foundational hire in a newly established Shared Services setup, responsible for centralising payroll and HR operations while reducing manual processes. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to build a scalable, well‑governed payroll and data environment that supports future APAC growth.
