Job Description

  • Manage and maintain vendor master data records in line with company policies and standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.
  • Perform regular audits and updates to ensure up-to-date vendor information.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with vendor data reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
  • Provide training and support to team members on vendor master data processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vendor Master Data professional should have:

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data management and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
