Job Description

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices within the technology and financial services industries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process and tools used by the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UI/UX Product Designer should have:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing user interface and user experience design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • An understanding of the financial services industry is a plus.
