Job Description

  • Manage contract entry, validation, and updates in internal systems.
  • Handle order-related coordination and provide updates on delivery and documentation.
  • Assist with import and export documentation to support cross-border transactions.
  • Support invoicing processes and track payment-related activities.
  • Perform data validation, checks, and tracking using Excel.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Manage multiple tasks and requests in a structured, fast-paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Support should have:

  • A successful Trade Support Analyst should have:
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or operations roles.
  • Some exposure to contract handling, system entry, or data processing.
  • Basic understanding of import/export documentation or supply chain processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking and validation.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
