Job Description

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for data centre service assurance functions, including physical security, portal governance, network infrastructure oversight, and audit compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate incident escalations, ensuring timely resolution, stakeholder communication, and effective service recovery across operational teams.
  • Drive change management processes and chair governance reviews to ensure operational changes are assessed, approved, and implemented effectively.
  • Oversee service performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
  • Manage audit planning and certification activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.
  • Conduct operational reviews and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to established procedures, controls, and best practices.
  • Support procurement and project initiatives by preparing business cases, tender documentation, vendor proposals, and budget-related requirements.
  • Provide leadership reporting and operational insights by tracking key performance metrics, project progress, risks, and overall service health.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for internal platforms, security enhancements, and infrastructure governance initiatives across the data centre environment.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive security, compliance, network governance, and EHS-related initiatives while supporting business continuity and operational resilience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • A strong background in data center operations or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical reports.
  • Commitment to maintaining high service quality standards.
