Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Act as the 2nd-level support escalation for ME connected solution issues beyond first-level troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to key users and process owners on:
    • Software and hardware architecture
    • Data architecture and workflows
    • Digital and automation best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager (Automation Lead) should have:

  • Academic qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge in automation systems and SMT industrial processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (such as JIRA) and methodologies.
  • Preferably good knowledge in low-code development platforms and data visualisation tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
